Returns & Commission Policy

Because many rawhi pieces are custom-made, altered, reconstructed, or created specifically for an individual client, all Commissioned Pieces and custom work are final sale.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted on:
• Commissioned Pieces
• Custom garments
• Altered garments
• Reconstructed garments
• Deposits for custom work

To ensure client satisfaction, rawhi offers the following Commissioned Piece Guarantee:

• Complimentary fit adjustments within 30 days of pickup or delivery.
• Workmanship-related repairs within 90 days of pickup or delivery.

Normal wear, accidental damage, improper care, and alterations performed by others are not covered.

If you experience an issue with your piece, please contact rawhi as soon as possible so that an appropriate solution can be discussed.
